Privacy policy
Effective from 15 October 2026
Draft for legal review. This text describes how the Parsett website and service work but has not yet been checked by a lawyer. Remove this box only after that review. The Bulgarian version is the primary one.
1. Who we are
The controller of the personal data is Tektron Ltd. (parsett@tektron.ai) (“we”).
2. This website
No visitor analytics, advertising pixels or external fonts. The hosting provider may record technical data about requests, such as the IP address, for security and operation.
The home page loads Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise against spam in the quote form. It collects data about the device, the browser and activity on the page, may use cookies, and sends the data to Google (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
3. Quote requests and e-mails
From the form we receive what you fill in (business, contact name, e-mail, phone, volume, software, data-processing preference, message), the page language and technical data against spam (the reCAPTCHA assessment, the time taken to fill in the form); from e-mails, the data in the e-mail. We use it to send you a quote. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep a request until it has been handled, and under a contract as the contract and the law require. On request, quote requests can be stored in the EU only.
4. The Parsett service
Documents. Invoices and delivery notes may contain personal data, for example names of the supplier's representatives. For that data the customer is the controller, and we process it on the customer's behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The program sends the document over an encrypted connection to the Parsett service, which reads it and returns the result. The service does not store the document; the original and the result stay on the customer's computer.
Matching. For matching, the Parsett service receives the text of the lines and the names of the goods in the customer's catalogue, but not the document file.
Licence and usage. We keep customer and subscription details; for each installation an identifier, a hash of the licence key, version, computer name, operating system and last connection; the monthly page count and a request log (pages, duration, time) deleted after 400 days. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)). Accounting records are kept for the periods set by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act.
5. Processors
We work with carefully selected cloud and IT service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR). The quote form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA (see above).
The specific sub-processors that handle a customer's data are listed in the contract with that customer. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, this rests on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. EU-only data processing can be agreed on the customer's request.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to parsett@tektron.ai. You can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
7. Changes
We publish any new version of this policy here with its effective date.
